This project involved the design of two new build houses to replace a 1950's detached house. The clients brief was to design two 4 bedrooms houses that uplifted the area to the requirements of the local authority.
The design of the houses proved to be tight within the sites parameters and the local authorities planning guidance, however the design was granted subject to materials matching the local area. The development has been built and the houses were sold off plan and SDA are looking at further potential developments for the developer and building a good working relationship.
