4 No New build dwellings were designed to sit comfortably within their greenbelt surrounding. Using materials such as timber clad weatherboarding, red brick and white rendered elements, SDA were able to create traditional forms with contemporary elements, thereby keeping the development fresh and new.
The site was green belt land leading to a low-level design with the dwellings utilising the roof space to gain the required amount of amenity space.
