This project involved the design of 3 No. traditional style detached houses for a property developer in Acton, Sudbury, Suffolk.
The project set out design aesthetics that match the existing street, traditional brickwork, render and plain clay roofing tiles form the material palette for the 3 houses.
We provided services for the initial feasibility, planning and building regulations approvals and the developer built the scheme and the houses were sold quickly.
