We have designed, gained planning permission, building regulations approval, the tendering process and selected a main contractor for the new build replacement family home on Hutton Mount.
The main features to the front elevation are 2 No. render framed gables with inset contemporary brickwork fenestration, and a central framed main entrance front door leading into a three-storey vaulted entrance hall. The design of the rear elevation provides further 2 no. render gables with large, glazed windows overlooking the garden. The rear patio has a wonderful canopy protecting an area for alfresco dining, allowing the rear glazed façade to be open whilst it’s raining, the rear patio and provides access to the basement level, indoor swimming pool and gym.

- Double garage
- 6 no. equal sized double bedrooms all with en-suites and dressing rooms.
- 1 No. Master bedroom suite with en-suite and dressing room.
