The architectural feature is the rear framed gables and large canopy, the use of vertical black timber cladding and copper framing with a traditional plain clay tile roof really creates a unique house overlooking the Epping countryside. The front Elevation is a contemporary take on dormer pods and creates a bold architectural statement within a traditional house form.
