Ardleigh Green Apartments, dreaming of a white Christmas…
Spatial Design Architects have designed and submitted planning application to develop the existing mixed-use site into 9 no. residential units. The former site consisted of commercial storage premises and a row of dilapidated small residential terrace houses.
The design has its future resident’s quality of space at heart, providing a gated secure site, off street parking and amenity space to the rear, with full support of Secured by Design and the council’s ‘Designing Safer Places’ SPD.
The inclusion of solar panels has been incorporated into the proposal for Ardleigh Green Apartments which results in clean renewable energy. This creates an environmental approach to providing the site with zero carbon emissions. A contemporary, sustainable development for the future.
