A private client employed Spatial Design Architects from conception through to completion, coordinating all consultants and being a team leader for their new build family home.
Our client desired a striking contemporary house within a traditional street scene, the staggered building line was the challenge, and a traditional pitched house form was derived with a contemporary twist.
Selection of industrial and eco materials were chosen for the material palette and the scheme was supported by Chelmsford City Council, Spatial Design Architects gaining the client planning approval.
