New annexe connected to existing Main House by single-storey glass link with basement underground carpark, Gym and indoor swimming pool linked into existing basement.

Open dig basement construction with contiguous piles and RC concrete frame now completed ready for Westok Cellular Steel beams and composite metal deck over the garage area.
